Complaints feedback options available to you:
1. Please initially discuss the problem with the Educator involved or the Early Learning Centre Director/Outside School Hours Care Supervisor to see if it can be resolved.
3. If this does not resolve the problems raised your feedback will be taken to the Executive Manager of Service Delivery.
4. If you are still not happy that your concerns are being addressed, you also have the option to direct your concerns and grievances to:
